4.0 Magnitude Earthquake Recorded Near Cushing

A 4.0 magnitude earthquake was recorded near Cushing, Oklahoma, Tuesday morning.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, this earthquake was recorded at 11:51 a.m. Its epicenter was located two miles south, southwest of Cushing, and 19 miles southeast of Stillwater.

It was about three miles deep.
