Some residents in southwest Oklahoma City say they have no water pressure after a truck hit a fire hydrant early Monday morning.
It happened at the intersection of S.W. 34th and S. Western Avenue around 12:30 a.m. Monday. At 6 a.m. there was still water shooting out of the ground.
At least two lanes of road have been blocked as utility crews attempt to make repairs.
Police said the driver of a truck hit the hydrant after falling asleep at the wheel.
The driver was taken to a hospital in an unknown condition.
