The man wanted for questioning about the death of his live-in girlfriend has been extradited back to Oklahoma and is now booked into the Grady County Detention Center in Chickasha.
Lofton Gray Jr., 31, was wanted for questioning in connection to Amanda Cecil's death, was found on September 6, more than 500 miles away from the scene of the crime in Gallup, N.M.
Cecil, 24, was found dead inside the Chickasha home she shared with Gray on Sept. 5.
Gray was extradited on the charges of Larceny of a Motor Vehicle and Attempted Larceny of a Motor Vehicle. His arraignment is set for Friday in Grady County District Court. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) has not named Gray as a suspect in Cecil's death.
OSBI and Chickasha Police Department continue to investigate her death.
