Many residents experienced low water pressure Friday morning due to a major water line break in Moore.

According to authorities, crews discovered a 72-inch water line break near S.E. 34th Street and Sunnylane in Moore. Oklahoma City crews responded to repair the break, because it's an Oklahoma City water line.

Residents in the area were experiencing low or no water pressure. As of 9:30 a.m., officials said water pressure is back to normal. Water is being diverted through another water line that's parallel to the broken one.

S.E. 34th between Sunnylane Road and Bryant Avenue was closed as crews worked on the line. Oklahoma City Community College classes are canceled until further notice due to the issue.

The cause of the water main break is under investigation.
