Gameday Hot Wing Chicken Bites

1 package Fast Fixin' Popcorn Chicken

1/2 cup wing sauce

1 tablespoon garlic

1 stick unsalted butter, melted

Blue cheese crumbles

Heavy duty Foil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees or heat grill to high. Using a large piece of heavy duty foil, set it on the counter. In a medium sized bowl mix together the wing sauce, garlic and melted butter. Pour the popcorn chicken into the bowl and toss to coat. Place the chicken with sauce into the middle of the foil. Seal the foil by folding the top and sides. Place on the grill or in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is warm. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.

Hot Nuts

1 can cashews

1 can peanuts

2 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning

Heavy duty foil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees or heat grill to high. Using a large piece of heavy duty foil, set it on the counter. Place the nuts, oil and seasoning in a Ziploc bag. Toss together and then pour into the middle of the foil and seal. Cook for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
