According to an affidavit for arrest warrant released on Friday, seven victims have come forward and reported that they have been sexually assaulted by Holtzclaw.
On February 27, one victim said she was stopped by Holtzclaw in the 1500 block of N.E. 15th. Holtzclaw reportedly fondled her bare breasts in his patrol car and told the victim to “play by his rules,” and that he would help her with city warrants.
On March 25, Holtzclaw and that same victim both returned to the same location, where Holtzclaw reportedly told the victim to expose herself to him. This time, he didn’t touch her and he let her go.
On March 14, Holtzclaw stopped a second victim at N.E. 16th and Fonshill, where he made the victim expose her breasts to him.
A third victim said she was stopped by Holtzclaw on April 14 while she walking near N.E. 18th and Kate. Holtzclaw reportedly fondled her breasts on the outside of her clothes, and let her go.
On May 7, Holtzclaw stopped a fourth victim who was walking near N.E. 18th and Highland. He placed her in his patrol car and forced her to perform oral sex. He also reportedly drove her to a school near N.E. 18th and Miramar, where he made her get out of the car and raped her.
On May 8, a fifth victim said she was walking in the 2700 block of N. Lindsay when she was stopped by Holtzclaw. In this case, Holtzclaw reportedly placed the victim in his patrol car and took her to the 700 block of N.E. 24th, where he forced her to perform a sex act on him.
On May 26, police said Holtzclaw stopped a sixth victim who was walking in the area of N.E. 16th and Jordan. He reportedly searched her and touched her inappropriately.
On June 18, a seventh victim was stopped in the area of N.W. 50th and Lincoln. Holtzclaw also placed this victim in his patrol car. He then made the victim expose herself and forced her to perform a sex act on him.
Police Chief Bill Citty says Holtzclaw started with the department in September 2011, and he patrolled the Spring Lake Division in northeast Oklahoma City from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m.
