Homicide Ruled Out After Woman Found Dead In Norman

Police have ruled out homicide in the death of a woman found at a home in Norman on Monday.

Investigators say Cassandra Thompson, 30, did not show up for work Monday morning and co-workers could not get anyone to answer the door to her home. That's when police showed up and discovered her body.

Neighbors say Thompson was involved in a domestic incident with her boyfriend the night before her death. Police say her boyfriend is not suspected of any crime.

The Medical Examiner will determined Thompson’s exact cause of death.
