Former Felon Arrested, Passed Out In Truck

A former felon is back behind bars after deputies discovered the man passed out on in his pickup truck in a driveway in Harrah, on Wednesday.

A former felon is back behind bars after deputies discovered the man passed out on in his pickup truck in a driveway in Harrah, on Wednesday.

Deputies with the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s office were called to investigate a suspicious truck in a driveway locate in the 21000 block of Perry Lucas Ln. in Harrah on Wednesday. When they arrived they found 42-year-old Bradley Arthurs passed out and slumped over the steering wheel of the truck, the engine still running.

When the deputies were finally able to revive Arthurs and speak with him, they say he thought he was in Lincoln County. At that point Arthurs was detained, and while searching the pickup the deputies found a gun that had been reported stolen out of Oklahoma City. The deputies also found a glass pipe and several unidentified pills.

After running a background check, the deputies learned Arthurs’ license was revoked and that he had other prior convictions.

Arthurs was placed under arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail for the complaints of Possession of Drugs without a Valid Prescription, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Carrying a Firearm Under the Influence, Possession of a Firearm after a Felony Conviction, Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Felony, Concealing Stolen Property, and Actual Physical Control.

His bond was set at $19,500.
