A group of Satan worshippers plan what they're calling a "Black Mass" at Oklahoma City's Civic Center and Music Hall next month, and the Civic Center said it can't do anything about it.

Adam Daniels heads the group that recently paid $420 for a permit to perform on September 21.

The Catholic Church calls "Black Mass" a "blasphemous mockery of the Mass,"  but Civic Center Director Jim Brown said because the center is city-owned, all speech is protected by the First Amendment.

Daniels said he looks forward to September 21.

"Don't you worry about worshipping the Devil," I asked him.

"In what way sir?," he said.

"After you die," I said.

"I want to go to Hell," he said.

Jim Brown said the Black Mass will take place in the Civic Center's smallest of five venues, and as of 10 a.m. Wednesday, no tickets had been sold.
