Police are investigating a shooting that injured one man early Friday morning at a club in northwest Oklahoma City.
According to police, at about 2 a.m., officers responded to the report of a shooting at Club 42, located near N. MacArthur and N.W. 10th Street.
The victim has been taken to the OU Medical Center by a Good Samaritan. Officers say they have little information to go by since he wasn't at the club when they arrived.
According to police, the parking lot was full, and there were a couple hundred people inside the club, and a long line of people waiting outside.
One woman inside said a rap group from Dallas was just about to perform when someone fired gunshots from inside the club. Police say that's when one man was shot in the stomach.
"We were unable to locate any kind of a victim or witnesses here at the scene, so we cleared the parking lot to prevent there being any further problems, and a short time after the officers left the scene, the victim showed up by private vehicle at OU Medical Center." Lt. Isaac Goodman said.
Police have not released the victim's name, but say he is in serious condition. So far, no arrests have been made.
