ESPN's Chad Ford cites sources that say that the Oklahoma City Thunder has their man for the 2014 NBA Draft.

Ford says that the Thunder has promised 7-foot Latvian Kristaps Porzingis that they will draft him if he is still on the board.

Porzingis, 18, averaged 6.9 points and 2.8 rebounds in just under 15 minutes per game playing for Cajasol-Sevilla in Spain's ACB league.

Weighing just 215 pounds, Porzingis will need to gain significant weight before becoming a factor in the NBA.  He is extremely mobile for his size but lacks any sort of post skills.  He can handle the ball and shoot it well, but physically struggles against older and stronger opponents.

The Thunder owns the No. 21 and No. 29 picks in the first round.  Most draft experts project Porzingis going somewhere between 15-23.
