Tracy Gann says she is coming forward, hoping it will encourage other patients to do the same. She says she came to Dr. Fuller looking for help with her back pain, and claims he came highly recommended. But she says he sexually molested her during her last examination.
"It's not a revenge thing," said Tracy Gann, who is one of the two women who has filed a civil lawsuit against Fuller, and who is at the center of the criminal case against him. "He needs help."
Gann says she is not after the doctor's money, she just doesn't want him touching anymore women.
"I don't know if there's other females out there," said Gann. "But if there are, they need to step up and come forward."
Fuller had nothing to say as he walked into court Thursday. He posted $30,000 bond after turning himself into the Oklahoma County jail.
"He's been practicing medicine for 30 years," said Scott Adams, who is the attorney representing Fuller in his criminal case. "He's had a great reputation, and now we are going to have to deal with it in the courtroom and we're willing to do that."
According to court papers, Fuller is accused of performing a breast exam and vaginal exam without any gloves on a patient who came to see him for depression and hip pain at the Variety Care Clinic back in 2011.

Tracy Gann claims Fuller placed his hands down her shorts during a back exam, and then made improper comments about the size of her breasts when she came to see him at the Oklahoma Pain Center last July.
"The comments that he made to me were so improper," said Gann. "The touching that he did was very improper."
Gann says she had to come forward to help herself heal and she hopes other women will do the same.
"You've got to seek help," said Gann. "And you've got to go forward and take a stand because it's got to be stopped."
Fuller's attorney says his client adamantly denies the allegations.
"He's a wonderful man," said Adams. "He's a wonderful doctor, and now it's just a fight for his reputation and his life."
But Gann is standing by her story.
"What he has to realize is that what he did was wrong," said Gann. "Money has no value on what he's done to me."
Fuller's attorney tells News 9 he has had several patients call in to defend the doctor and his bedside manner. We checked and there are several civil lawsuits that have either been settled or dismissed against Fuller, and there is currently one malpractice case still pending. The Medical Board is also investigating.
Fuller's next court date is set for April 21.
