Connelly has bounced around the country for nearly two decades coaching the offensive lines at UTEP, UCLA, Alabama and Washington State as well as Texas A&M-Commerce, Cisco Junior College, Cal State Northridge and San Jose State.
Connelly coached at Gilbert High School (AZ) last year.
He's known for invoking a strong run-blocking scheme and was named one of the nation's top-25 recruiters in 2005, while at Alabama.
