Two parents who lost children in the May 20 tornado that hit Moore filed a lawsuit against Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin and her office.

Danni Legg and Mikki Davis filed the lawsuit in the District Court of Oklahoma County Monday morning. The lawsuit alleges the governor's office has repeatedly failed to release information about storm shelters and other school safety issues.

The parents say she's violated the Freedom of Information Act. Legg and Davis are currently fighting to have shelters put in all Oklahoma schools.
