Pineapple Apricot Glaze
1 jar Garden Club pineapple jam
1 cup Garden Club apricot jam
2 tbsp. dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 spiral sliced Schwab's ham
1 cup Cola
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place a precooked ham in a baking pan face down and add in the spiced apple cider. Cover with heavy duty foil. Cook for 40 minutes. While ham is cooking, in a small saucepan stir together the pineapple jam, dijon mustard, ground cloves and spiced rum. Simmer till begins to bubble. Brush the glaze over the top of the ham and then return to oven to cook for 15 additional minutes uncovered!
