Woman's Body Found Near Downtown OKC

Workers who smelled something strange and foul helped lead police to the decomposing body of a woman near downtown Oklahoma City.

The workers first noticed the smell on Friday. When it grew stronger over the weekend, they called police.

Officers found the woman's body in a storm drain early Monday morning near the intersection of Reno and McKinley.

The Medical Examiner's Office is now trying to determine the woman's identity and how she died.
