A cut gas line has forced the evacuation of an apartment complex in northwest Oklahoma City.

A cut gas line forced the evacuation of an apartment complex in northwest Oklahoma City Monday.

This happened just south of N.W. Expressway between MacArthur Boulevard and Rockwell Avenue where crews digging in the area accidently cut a gas line.

Several buildings of an apartment complex were cleared as a precaution. Those buildings affected were located 7329 Lyrwood and 6704 and 6700 Wilshire Boulevard. The OKC fire department is on the scene.

No injuries are reported.
