New developments on the DUI arrest of Oklahoma County Clerk Carolynn Caudill. Caudill is an elected official and has not been seen at her office since her arrest Tuesday night.
On Thursday, News 9 acquired the 911 call from the person who turned her in, and also a woman whose car she hit.
That woman is MarQutta Goss and says she had her car parked along the curb at her aunt's house off NW 79th St., when a neighbor knocked on the door and told her her car had been hit and was in the middle of the road.
"I wanted to cry," said Goss. "I did. I wanted to cry."
Goss says she still can't get over all the damage to her car. And she can't believe an elected official is accused of doing it.
"It's damaged on the back, but it's also damaged some on the front because of the way she hit it," said Goss. "She hit the curb and everything. And she kept on going, kept on going like nothing ever happened."
Goss says Caudill even left behind a piece of her SUV.
"They picked this off the street," said Goss, holding a silver Mercedes symbol.

Police say the person behind the wheel of that Mercedes was Oklahoma County Clerk Carolynn Caudill. She stands accused of driving drunk along Western and McKinley Avenues, and leaving the scene of an accident.
Little did she know a man who was driving behind her followed her and called 911 to report what he was seeing. Here is an excerpt.
Caller: He's hit another car! He's got a car he's pulled out into the street!
Dispatcher: OK! OK!
Obviously the caller did not know the person behind the wheel who hit this car was a woman, let alone Caudill.
Caller: He just took out a vehicle here on 79th street its halfway blocking the street.
Both Nichols Hills and Oklahoma City police finally stopped Caudill near NW 79th and McKinley, after she drove up into a yard. The police report states Caudill had difficulty standing on her own two feet and was swaying, and that the officer immediately smelled a strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from her. It also states she had bloodshot, watery eyes.
Goss says Caudill should have known better.
"She knows the laws so she should be in trouble and have to deal with the consequences."
According to the Oklahoma City police report, Caudill told the officer how sorry she was and that she could not believe that she was in this situation right now. But she also stated "You don't know what you did, you could've let me go home" when the officer handed her the citation. Caudill refused a breathe test.
We did go to see what Oklahoma County Commissioners had to say about Caudill's arrest. Commissioner Brian Maughan had no comment. Commissioner Willa Johnson said that Caudill is a friend of hers, and that she is praying for her. And Commissioner Ray Vaughan said he called Caudill yesterday and offered her his support.
