Chocolate Fudge Frosting
4 sticks unsealed butter, softened
1 1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
2 tbsp vanilla
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
8-9 cups powdered sugar
In a large bowl beat the butter and vanilla till creamy. Add in the corn syrup, salt and cocoa powder and mix well. Add 2 cups at a time of powdered sugar and then alternate with whipping cream. Beating till all of the powdered sugar is added.
