Police Arrest Rape Suspect Who Claimed He Was CIA Agent

A man is arrested after allegedly raping a friend and then telling the police that he was a CIA agent.

Police arrested William Elix, 40, in the crime. The victim told police she was friends with Elix and asked him to rent her a room at the Meridian Inn.

The victim was using the bathroom when Elix walked in and asked the victim to take her clothes off. Police say Elix threatened her with a knife which had a brass knuckle style handle.

The victim was eventually able to push Elix off of her and then ran into the motel office to call 911.

Before Elix was arrested, he told police he was a CIA agent and that they ruined a 10 month investigation.
