Officers found a bag full of items the two had reportedly stolen from homes destroyed in the neighborhood.

Police have not identified the suspects at this time.

An EF-5 tornado tore across Moore Monday afternoon, killing at least 24 people and injuring hundreds.

Authorities say they are working to avoid the looting problem. The Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner is working on a badge system. Residents will be issued a badge with their picture on it, to be able to enter the neighborhoods damaged by the tornado. It will be good for 90 days.
