Police reopened several streets Friday morning after shutting them down so they could investigate the death of a man found lying in the road.

The man's body was discovered around 4:30 a.m. near Rock Creek Road and 60th Avenue NW. Police say someone passing by saw the body and flagged down an officer.

Investigators don't know how the man died. They're trying to determine if he was hit by a car, or if someone dumped his body in the road. They also don't yet know his identity.

While police investigated, they closed 72nd and Rock Creek, 60th and Tecumseh, 48th and Rock Creek, and 48th and Robinson. Those streets reopened around 10:30 a.m.
