Norman Wal-Mart Closed Tuesday Night Due To Hail Damage

A Wal-Mart in Norman will be closed Tuesday night due to hail damage to the store's roof.

According to officials, a Wal-Mart store located at 333 N. Interstate Dr. in Norman will be closed until mid-Wednesday morning, due to hail damage the store has suffered from a storm early Sunday morning.

Officials say crews are currently working to repair damage at the roof.

Hail hit several parts of Norman throughout Sunday morning. Some pieces were big as golf balls. Other targets were cars and windows at David Stanley Chevrolet and the roof of the Del Rancho drive-in.
