The state of Oklahoma is now being sued over its Roof Asset Management Program, or Ramp.
The Coalition for Competitive Construction says RAMP violates state law which says all public projects totaling more than $50,000 must be put up for public bid.

The lawsuit seeks an injunction to shut down the program.
Legislation to change RAMP guidelines has stalled so far in the Senate.
