Cowboys Move Up In Rankings

Oklahoma State men's basketball team moved up to No. 17 in the most recent Associated Press poll, which was released on Monday. The Cowboys also saw a jump to No. 16 in the USA Today Coaches poll this week. Last week they were No. 22 and No. 24 respectively in the polls.

OSU leapt back into the rankings last week after an upset victory at then-No. 2 Kansas and propelled itself further up the charts by beating Baylor in overtime and Texas by 13 points this past week.

Kansas State is the highest-ranking Big 12 team this week coming in at Nos. 10 and 11, respectively. Kansas, despite losing three-straight games, still came in at Nos. 14 and 13.

OU received one vote in each poll and was the only other Big 12 program to receive votes.
