OSU Student Accused Of Sexual Battery Pleads Not Guilty

Oklahoma State University student Nathan Cochran appeared in front of a Payne County judge Monday morning, and pleaded not guilty to a new sexual assault charge.

Oklahoma State University student Nathan Cochran appeared in front of a Payne County judge Monday morning, and pleaded not guilty to a new sexual assault charge.

A fourth charge of sexual battery was filed in early January after another alleged victim came forward.

According to court documents, two alleged victims said Cochran molested them in their sleep. The university indicated there were as many as five victims.

Cochran was scheduled for a preliminary hearing Monday. That hearing was continued until March 4 at 10 a.m.

Following the proceeding, Cochran's attorney told News 9 the alleged incidences never happened.
