A medical helicopter crashed Wednesday afternoon near Cromwell in Seminole County.
The helicopter went down near NorthSouth Road 361 and EastWest Road 118. All four people on board were crew members. They were headed to pick up a patient when the chopper crashed.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says everyone on board sustained serious, but not life-threatening, injuries. All four were flown by another medical helicopter to a nearby hospital.
It's believed the engine failed, and that's what caused the helicopter to go down. Investigators with the National Transportation Safety Board are on the scene and examining the wreckage.
The helicopter belongs to Tulsa Life Flight, the same company that owns Mediflight.
