Found bruised and with a fatal gunshot wound to the chest 12 years later questions still surround the death of Chanda Turner.
Authorities originally ruled her death a suicide. Now investigators say they say new information is changing that.

Chanda's live-in boyfriend told police she shot herself while he slept. The Turner's conducted an independent autopsy which confirmed murder.
They also petitioned the governor by collecting some 6,000 signatures. Their efforts led to a new Oklahoma law in their daughters name, which allows families to appeal their loved ones death certificates.
"There is new evidence but no one would look at it with open eyes," said Joe Turner, Chanda's father.
Investigators say they are still fighting an uphill battle since more than a decade has passed.
"A lot of times the passing time also aids in an investigation persons that may have info about this case may come forward because of a new motivation," said Garvin County Sheriff Larry Rhodes.
That new motivation may be the $100,000 reward offered by Joe and Donna Turner.
"The money is probably the easiest part of it . But going through the brick walls that have been thrown up has been difficult," said Joe Turner.
The sheriff confirms the $100,000 reward money is being held at local bank in Paul's Valley but to earn it you'd have to be willing to testify. If you have any information on the case, call Garvin County crime stoppers at 855-211-STOP.
