My 2 Cents: War On Christmas?

It's beginning to look a lot like time to attack Christmas again. It's getting tired folks.

Every couple of days we get the same stories about spineless people in high places cowering at the minuscule minority whining about the term "Christmas" being affixed to any event or celebration that includes the colors red and green.

Some of the latest as seen on Fox News' "War on Christmas" page:

A North Carolina community college that came under fire after they told students they could not use the word "Christmas" to promote a Christmas tree sale - has reversed its decision.

The Colorado Springs City Council has given final approval to a new panhandling law that would prohibit the El Paso County Salvation Army from bell ringing in a downtown area.

The U.S. Postal Service has ordered a letter carrier to stop wearing a Santa Claus outfit after a co-worker complained.

And it's not just in the U-S either. Government officials in Brussels, Belgium banned a popular Christmas tree exhibit out of concerns that the local Muslim population found it "offensive."  They'll have an "electronic winter tree," instead.

It's a Christmas tree. Call it that over and over and make the opponents take you to court until they're sick of taking you to court and maybe this stupidity about Christmas will end.
