The preliminary hearing for Justin Adams, the man charged with the murders of his pregnant wife Jaymie Adams and her unborn child is continued.
Judge Fred Doak tells News 9 he signed an order Thursday to have Adams' ankle monitor removed. Adams has been out of jail on a $100,000 bond since July but with certain conditions.

Adams was to remain on house arrest at his grandparent's home in southwest Oklahoma City while awaiting the October 19 preliminary hearing date.
Thursday morning, both the state and defense agreed to postpone the hearing again and have the monitoring device removed.
Police arrested Adams in January 2012 after finding Jaymie Adams body badly beaten and stabbed to death near Lake Stanley Draper.

Dozens of search warrants have been filed in this case but Oklahoma City Police have said they are still investigating. That's at least one reason given for allowing Adams to post bond.
