A manager at Eastlake Village Apartments near S.W. 134th Street and Western recently called police about an abandoned truck in the parking lot. When authorities ran the license plate on August 14, they discovered the truck belonged to Shipley. His family reported it missing after he disappeared.

A surveillance camera recorded video of Shipley in his vehicle before he went missing. Someone was in the truck with him, but investigators have not been able to identify that person.

Shipley's family is offering a $4,000 reward to anyone who can provide information leading to an arrest and conviction. If you know anything about the case, call the McClain County Sheriff's Office.
