The RedHawks blew a ninth-inning lead in Tacoma Friday night, then lost on a walk-off homer in the 11th.
The Rainiers trailed 3-2 in the bottom of the ninth, when Alex Liddi hit a solo shot to left off Fernando Abad to tie the game at 3-3.
In the 11th, it was Nick Franklin's turn to be a hero for Tacoma. He led off the inning with his fourth homer of the season to send the Rainiers home happy.
OKC scored two in the first on a Jimmy Paredes two-run homer, but Tacoma answered right back in the bottom of the inning with two of its own. The game was tied at 2-2 until the eighth when Paredes doubled in a run to give OKC the lead that it couldn't hold on to.
The RedHawks wrap up the trip to Tacoma Sunday at 9 p.m.
