Investigators arrested two neighbors Stephen Segar and Kelly Charty for murder and arson. "Sooner or later it was gonna happen. He was fighting with people all the time," the neighbor said specifically one of the two accused killers.

A search warrant in the case reveals a possible motive for the crimes. Police records show the victim stabbed Charty in the nose just six months before the murder.

A witness also told police, "a long running fued existed between the victim and Kelly Charty." Charty later admitted to police his alleged accomplice, "Segar killed Sheetz" by stabbing him multiple times in the face and chest in the backyard of the home. Then, both of the accused murderers admittedly carried the victim inside and set his house on fire. "I hated to see him die that way but he brought it on himself."

Police are now searching for blood and other DNA evidence on a backpack and clothing of the accused murderers.
