With Bricktown thriving, the demand for apartments for those who'd rather walk to Bricktown than drive has risen in recent years.
To help meet demand, Richard McKown has been building LEVEL apartment complex at Second Street and Walnut.
Learn more about the LEVEL apartments.
LEVEL has 228 units that range in price from $850 to $2100. McKown says what sets LEVEL apart is all the open spaces it offers its residents.
McKown says although the project isn't finished, 80 people have already moved in. He says he expects it to be full by September.
By August, Native Roots Market plans to open a store on the building's first floor. It will be the first grocery store in the Bricktown-Deep Deuce District.
