Police Identify Man Found Dead In Oklahoma River

Police have identified the man found floating in the Oklahoma River on Memorial Day.

Timothy Clay Wright, 24, was found dead Monday, May 28, in the Oklahoma River just southwest of W. Reno Avenue and S. Western Avenue.

Joggers spotted the body around 11 a.m. near 1310 Exchange Avenue. They called police who came and pulled the victim from the water.

Police have not classified the death as a drowning, homicide or suicide. The medical examiner hasn't released the cause of death.
