The second suspect in the murder of a well-known homeless man accepts a plea deal on Friday.

Nikolas Kerr was given a ten-year suspended sentence in the death of Dwite Morgan, also known as Bicycle Bob.
Prosecutors charged him with accessory to murder after Kerr admitted he heard Connor Mason talking about killing a homeless man.
