All five Oklahoma starters scored in double-figures Sunday as the Sooners top the Michigan Wolverines 88-67 to advance to the second round of the NCAA tournament.

Aaryn Ellenberg was the top performer in the contest, finishing with a game-high 28 points, grabbing five rebounds and dishing out four assists. Whitney Hand finished with a double-double, notching 12 points and 10 rebounds, Morgan Hook contributed 13 points, and Nicole Griffin and Kaylon Williams scored 10 each.

Michigan struggled to take care of the ball, turning the ball over 14 times in the loss, as well as missing 33 of their 58 shots in the contest.

Oklahoma jumped out to a 10-point lead just six minutes into the game, opening up on a 17-7 run to take a commanding lead. The Wolverines were unable to do much to close the gap in the first half, and went into the locker room trailing 48-36.

Ellenberg put the team on her back to open the second half, scoring eight of Oklahoma's first nine points, putting together a 9-2 run over the first six minutes of the second half to take a commanding 57-38 lead and cruised from there.

Michigan had four players finish in double-figures, including 20 from Carmen Reynolds, but got nearly no production from their other players, scoring just nine points.

Oklahoma will now take two days off before getting back in action, taking no third-seed St. John's at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in Norman.
