Grady County Man Arrested For Having Sex With Underage Girl

A man is now facing second-degree rape charges in Grady County for allegedly having sex with an underage girl several times.

Police said 23-year-old Chris Sylve was taken into custody this month in Grady County. The victim told police the two had sex several times.

The victim said the incidents happened during the time when she staying at a home where Sylve was the caretaker of a disabled man.

Sylve is scheduled to be back in court at the end of March. If convicted, Sylve could be sentenced to 15-years in prison.
