Oklahoma Medical Examiner Rules OKC Teen's Death A Homicide

The Oklahoma Medical Examiner's Office rules the death of an Oklahoma City teenager a homicide.

Police found 19-year-old Kelsey Bransby on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at an apartment complex at 3040 S.W. 89th Street. She had suffered a gunshot wound to the face. She was rushed to the hospital and died from her injuries a couple of days later.
