Four Sooners scored in double figures to help Oklahoma slip past Kansas State 68-62 Wednesday night in Norman.
The victory for the Sooners moves them to 17-8 on the season and 9-4 in Big 12 play.
OU held a one point advantage at halftime, 29-28.
The Sooners trailed by nine points midway through the second, but the leadership of veteran Whitney Hand and pivotal shots by Aaryn Ellenberg gave OU the spark it needed.
With five minutes left to play, KSU led 61-55. A three pointer by Ellenberg brought the Sooners within one at 61-60 with 4:16 remaining.
The Sooners closed out the game outscoring the Wildcats 8-1 in the final minutes of the game for the 68-62 victory.
Hand led the Sooners with 16 points on 5-of-11 shooting from the field and a 2-for-3 performance from three point range.
Ellenberg came off the bench to tally 12 points, five rebounds and three assists.
The Wildcats were led by Brittany Chambers with 17 points, while Tasha Dickey netted 15 and Jalana Childs scored 13.
Oklahoma moves 17-8 on the season and is 9-4 in Big 12 play.
The Wildcats forced 22 OU turnovers, but the Sooners managed 47.9 percent shooting from the field compared to KSU's 38.3 percent.
Oklahoma next travels to Iowa State on Saturday, Feb. 18 for a 7 p.m. Big 12 showdown.
