The mother of a 19-year-old woman who was found dead in her apartment back in October is hoping a reward will lead police to her daughter's killer.

Someone shot Kelsey Bransby in the face on October 27. She was found lying on the floor of her southwest Oklahoma City apartment. She died a few days later.

Since the shooting, police have questioned dozens of people and followed several leads, but they have not made any arrests or named any suspects. Kelsey's mother is heartbroken. She's hoping a $5,000 reward will help solve her daughter's murder.

Police say cash can motivate people who otherwise would not come forward. Anyone with information can call the Oklahoma City Homicide Tip Line at (405) 297-1200.

Kelsey was killed shortly after Carina Saunders, a classmate at Mustang High School. Saunders was murdered, dismembered and stuffed into a duffel bag. Her body was found in Bethany on October 13. No one has been arrested in that case.
