A benefit dinner for Jasmen Gonzalez will be hosted at the John Glenn Elementary School, located at 6501 S. Land Avenue in Oklahoma City. The event will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16.
According to police, Gonzalez died in Carrollton, Texas -- allegedly murdered by family. She was a fourth grade student at the John Glenn Elementary School.
The Gonzalez family was in Carrollton, celebrating a family reunion when Jasmen Gonzalez disappeared. Police believe the victim's 23-year-old cousin by marriage, José Sifuentes, crept into her bedroom while she was sleeping, sexually assaulted the 10-year-old, then stabbed her to death.

If you cannot attend the dinner, you can help the family by stopping by any Chase Bank location and make a donation under Jasmen Gonzalez.
