NORMAN, Oklahoma -- Oklahoma football's Trey Millard and Gabe Ikard were recognized Thursday as members of the College Sports Information Directors of America Academic All-District team.
Ikard, a sophomore offensive tackle from Bishop McGuinness High School, carries a 4.0 GPA as a Zoology major in his third year, after being named an Honorable Mention Academic All-American during his redshirt freshman a season ago.
As a true sophomore, Millard boasts a 3.67 GPA as a second-year Psychology major, and was selected second team All-Big 12 a season ago. Millard has played in all nine of the Sooners' contests this season, rushing for 107 yards and a score.
