DENVER – Denver Broncos' defensive tackle and former Oklahoma State Cowboy Ryan McBean was arrested on a stalking complaint.
According to Denver's 9News McBean was arrested Oct. 14 for alleged stalking but was released after posting a $50,000 bond.
Conditions of his arrest are unknown at this time but a court date has been set for Oct. 28.
Other reports say McBean is participating in today's practice and that Broncos are aware of the arrest. The Denver Post reports that Denver head coach John Fox will address the situation after practice today.
McBean who played college ball at Oklahoma State for two seasons was drafted in 2007 in the fourth-round to the Pittsburgh Steelers. He signed with the Broncos in 2008 and started all 14 games for Denver in 2009.
So far this season he has played in five games and has recorded eight tackles and one sack.
