OSBI Releases Sketch In Missing Goldsby Man Case

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The OSBI has released the sketch of a person of interest in the case of missing Goldsby resident Bill Wayne Shipley.

Shipley was last seen July 19th, 2011.  Since then, one of his pickup trucks was found parked at a south Oklahoma City apartment complex.

Investigators have found video of Shipley at a local drive-thru, purchasing two drinks.  The video shows a passenger in the vehicle, but the face is not clear.

Another surveillance video shows an unidentified man using Shipley's credit card.  He is considered a person of interest.  The sketch is a likeness of this man.
