OKLAHOMA CITY -- A former Oklahoma City officer accused of molesting his adopted sons may soon get to see them.
The attorney for Maurice Martinez is filing a motion to make that happen.
Last month, Martinez was released from the Oklahoma County Jail on $175,000 bond and placed under house arrest.
He denies the allegations and says he wants to clear his name.
As for the adopted children, Martinez's attorney says they want to see him.
