OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City man has been arrested in connection with two rape cases that happened in 2010 and 2011, according to police.
Police arrested 24-year-old Climmore Murray Friday, on charges of two counts of rape and two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon after former felony conviction, forcible oral sodomy, and felon in possession of a firearm.
In both cases, police said the women reported being sexually assaulted at vacant houses in the city's northeast side. Both victims were physically assaulted and then sexually assaulted.
According to police, investigators were informed that there was a DNA hit from the rape in 2010 connecting Murray to the crime. They were able to obtain a warrant and arrest Murray at his home.
Murray was booked into Oklahoma County Jail.
