UPDATE: OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City police have canceled a Silver Alert for an 82-year-old man who disappeared Sunday, September 11.

Police found Thomas Rich early Tuesday morning at the City Rescue Mission at 800 W. California. Police say he is okay and his family has been notified.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City police are searching for a missing 82-year-old man.

Thomas Richard Rich disappeared late Sunday afternoon at his house, located in the 19600 block of S.E. 51st Street in Oklahoma City. He was walking at the time. Investigators do not believe he has access to a vehicle.

Police say Rich has salt and pepper hair and blue eyes. He wears prescription glasses and has a mustache. Rich stands 5 feet 10 inches tall, and weighs 150 pounds.

According to police, Rich was last seen wearing a tan pants, black shoes, and a blue, short-sleeve Polo shirt.

Police issued a Silver Alert for Rich because he has a medical or physical disability that puts him at risk for an injury. Anyone who spots a man matching this description is encouraged to contact 911 immediately.
