NOBLE, Oklahoma -- After the brush was burnt away and the smoke had cleared, the devastation of the Noble wildfire on Thursday is revealing some interesting finds.
On the west side of the fire's path, a classic car was found under what was left of a tree. Though much of the interior had melted and nothing substantial remained under the hood, the old car maintained much of its body and still displayed the word "Dodge" on its hood.
A few feet away, the shell of an old out-building remained upright.
Inside was a storage bin space filled with over 50 old license plates. Many were from Texas and Oklahoma. The fire, however, had caused many of the plates to melt together into large blocks of metal, but it was still evident that there were many plates kept in the shed.
It's unknown who owns the property, but what is certain is that some quality classic car memorabilia was lost on Thursday.
