'Armed And Dangerous' Duncan Ex-Marine Spotted In Texas, FBI Said

An ex-marine and Oklahoma militia man who failed to show up in court on charges of rape has been spotted in Texas, the Federal Bureau of Investigation reported Sunday afternoon.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- An ex-marine and Oklahoma militia man who failed to show up in court on charges of rape has been spotted in Texas, the Federal Bureau of Investigation reported Sunday afternoon.

Stephens County Sheriff Wayne McKinney says 31-year-old Charles Alan Dyer of Duncan, Oklahoma, didn't show up for court August 15 on charges he raped a 7-year-old family member. He is now wanted by the FBI for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

According to the FBI, Dyer is known to have numerous weapons, and should be considered armed and dangerous.
